Our new Vinyasa class starts Wednesday 11th January at 1.30pm with Sunny Warbout. This is a 60 minute class for all levels – use your pass or £12 drop in, no need to book. Join Sunny for a practice of mindful strong poses, with a focus on breathing to feel and unlock the connections between mind and body. Sunny has been practising Yoga for over 25 years, and has recently completed her Yoga teacher training with flying colours, with Ian Davis. She has been coming to classes at the studio since we first opened, nearly 9 years ago, and we are delighted to welcome her to the team. Sunny’s smile and infectious energy will leave you feeling energised and spacious.
