A new 60 minute weekly Yin class with Alex starts Tuesday 4 April at 4pm. Yin yoga poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body—the tendons, fascia, and ligaments—with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. A quiet, meditative practice that will connect you deeper to body, heart and mind. This class is suitable for all levels.
