Early Morning Yoga – Wednesdays at 7.30am

spring yogaEarly Morning Yoga is continuing over the summer with Nikki on Wednesdays 7.30-8.30am.  Start your day with a practice to open up circulation, stimulate digestion, build strength and mental clarity. Sun salutations, lunges, standing poses, twists, backbends, balances, forward bends and select inversions for a well-rounded practice to boost energy levels and leave you feeling grounded and ready for anything. This is a mixed level practice and modifications will be given for different levels.
