Early morning Spring Yoga – Wednesdays at 7.30am

This is a special drop in class that is running for 10 weeks only from 19th April to the Summer Solstice on 21st June

Make the most of the early morning light by starting your day with an active, warming practice designed to stimulate metabolism and circulation. The class will include sun salutations, fluid vinyasas between standing poses, squats, dynamic forward bends, backbends and select inversions. Start your day feeling warmed, invigorated and light with energised circulation and an open chest and lungs. Harness the natural detoxifying energy of Spring in a class designed to bring you into balance with nature. This is a mixed level practice and modifications will be given for different levels. Please note this class is not suitable for complete beginners and some yoga experience is required.
