Bertie’s detailed look at the Shoulder in your Yoga practice. Improve your range of motion and overall mobility. Learn to release tension, strengthen and stretch the muscles around the joint. If you are prone to rotator cuff injury, frozen shoulder, tense traps or tight lats, this is for you. Suitable for Yoga students and teachers (cpd points).
