We’re so excited about our beautiful second Cheltenham studio opening in Rodney Road next month – seen here sparkling in yesterday’s sunshine. Huge period windows, high ceilings and fabulous oak floors – it had to be a special space to live up to our existing studio in Sherborne Place – we think you’ll love it.
Expanded timetables at both locations will mean more choice and new classes in Yoga, Pilates (Mat and Equipment) and Barre – details of the timetables and new classes and teachers coming soon.
Welcome back! We hope you all had a fabulous Easter break, and enjoyed the touch of spring yesterday. A quick reminder that our new Summer term courses start this week. It’s a 12 week term (11 weeks for Monday courses), and runs until Sunday 15th July, with half term the week of 28th May – 3rd June. If you aren’t booked in to your chosen course yet there is still time, just give us a call this week – some classes are full. We will be adding some some brand new classes to the timetable after half term – full details soon.

Gentle Somatic Yoga for back pain and tension with Jeni Howland, this Saturday 24th March 2-4pm.
We hold stress in our bodies – in tense shoulders, tight hips, aching back, sore neck. Gentle Somatic Yoga is a physically deep and educational movement therapy that restores and reconnects the interaction between brain and muscle, giving you the awareness and control to heal persistent tensions in your own body. Perhaps you spend a lot of time sitting, working at a computer, tablet or phone, or have niggling pain or tension in your back, neck or shoulders? This is for you.
No experience of yoga or somatic movement needed, there will be options for everyone. This workshop will leave you feeling relaxed and restored whilst also engaging your body and mind on a very physical and connected level. Cost £25.

Join Mary for restorative yoga. Take some time to slow down as you rest and relax body and mind. Restorative yoga is a practice that uses yoga props to support the body in various postures, creating space for deep rest. The postures are held for longer periods (10-20 minutes), allowing the body to be soft and supported without any effort, the focus is on opening, not stretching. This practice supports deep rest and well being. Mary completed restorative yoga training with leading American restorative yoga teacher Roger Cole through Yogacampus. One of London’s leading body-mind yoga teachers, and teacher trainer/workshop teacher at Triyoga, we are delighted to welcome Lisa Sanfilippo to the studio for two special workshops on Friday 23rd and Sunday 25th February. The Butterfly Effect on Friday, and Yoga for Better Sleep on Sunday. Lisa is the leading expert in yoga for insomnia and better sleep, and this workshop is suitable for everyone, no yoga experience necessary. Full details on the workshop page and here. A 30 minute Reformer class using the Cardio Tramps to raise your heart rate, burn fat, flatten the tummy, and tone the whole body. Trampolining lying down… it’s fun. And trust us, we think 30 minutes will be enough..
Introductory offer: 5 weeks for £40 (no make ups if you miss one). If there’s space on the day you can book one session for £10. Not suitable for injuries.
